Our Client’s are facing mounting legal requirements for construction projects since the introduction of Construction (Design and Management) Regulations introduced in the UK in 2015.

We have been working with the CDM Regulations since their inception and we draw on this experience to provide effective Principal Designer services. Our specialist professional Principal Designers are selected to match the nature and requirements of each project. We drive the development of Principal Designer, not as a bolt-on to other services, but as a standalone key discipline adding value and providing essential health and safety expertise to the industry.

From small straightforward projects to large multidisciplinary, complex programmes, we can be appointed for a one-off commission, as part of an established national framework or as part of a larger project team.

Our Principal Designers follow standard processes to ensure our services are delivered in a consistent, competent and effective manner. By taking into account our Client requirements and the nature of each project whilst meeting CDM requirements, we contribute to the development of safer designs.
