This service includes the preparation of full contract documentation, administration of the contractual process and supervision of quality through the entire build process. PROJECT MONITORING

Typically, advice on project monitoring roles would involve Pre-Contract design team consultation, overseeing, monitoring and reporting on construction works and managing finances, contract budgets and legal documentation and warranties.

EMPLOYER’S AGENT SERVICES

An Employer’s Agent is required in a design and build contract to administer the contract on behalf of the employer where the design team has been transferred to the contractor. Essentially the Employer’s Agent becomes the client in the eyes of the design team, until handover of the completed building occurs.

REPAIR & MAINTENANCE

The benefits of a planned maintenance regime are easily measurable over time, resulting in the increased lifespan of building elements.
