Ramsay McMichael Consulting were engaged to Project Manage the alteration works of this commercial warehouse unit to allow the conversion of the property to a B & M Bargains Store.
The works involved stripping the unit back to a shell, removing all existing roofing and wall cladding and replacing same with modern equivalents.
In addition, the general refurbishment of the external grounds and car park were fulfilled, with full fit out works completed thereafter.
