Extensive water damage had been caused to this property via a series of burst pipes.
We initially managed a competitively procured strip out phase which allowed the full extent of damage to be gauged and thereafter the drying process to be carried out.
The reinstatement package of works were considered and progressed through a further competitive tender exercise.
The project was completed within the agreed programme and to budget.
