We were appointed to oversee the reinstatement of this property due to an extensive fire. An initial downtaking and making safe exercise was undertaken, with a facade retention scheme adopted.
A full drawing and tender package was produced, taking into account the historic features of the property.
The works were procured on a competitive tendering process and we were involved in obtaining the necessary statutory consents, including Planning and Building Warrant
The main project involved additional strip out works, ground works, the erection of steel work to walls and to form the new roof structure, re-building of stone work to elevations, as well as an extensive internal refurbishment.
