We were instructed by Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited to act as Cost Consultants for the demolition, extension and significant refurbishment of their KIA Cumbernauld branch.
We provided initial Feasibilty Options and associated Cost Appraisals to assist in the signing off of the scheme.
Thereafter, works were tendered with the full procurement process, including the Tender review and report managed by us.
During the Contract Works period, we received Contractors Valuations and processed these accordingly, together with providing our Client with ongoing Cost Management information.
The project was delivered on programme and within budget.
