We were engaged via the Estates Team of Mount Stuart Trust to initially provide design and feasibility advice in relation to the refurbishment of their Public Courtyard facilities including, Gift Shop, Washroom accommodation, Restaurant and Dining area.
After agreeing the scheme design, Statutory Consent applications were made for Planning and Building Warrant.
These approved designs were further developed to a tender document for which competitive offers were received and reported on.
The contract was awarded to a local contractor who was familiar working with the client.
The on site works progressed well and were concluded within budget and allowed this area to be opened to the public for the Easter trade period.
