We listened to the clients initial brief and provided early design feasibility options, together with budget cost information.
Having progressed through the full design phase and having agreement on the scheme design, we moved the project through the statutory consent process, whilst also using this period as a tender period to competitively test the market.
The works involved a substantial strip and subsequent fitout of the office and ancillary accomodation to the existing properties, whilst at the same time creating a new build link section, acting as the entrance reception and board room areas.
