Our brief to design a significant extension that blended with the original detached property we provided full Architectural, Structural Engineering, Project Management and Procurement services for this Private Client who was based overseas at the time of the commision. The firm also worked closely with the Client to re-design the interior of the existing property to create a modern and open but adaptable living space while keeping the character of the original property and recognising the location also where the building is located within other similar properties.
The size of the property was significantly increased and extended but the character of the original property was not lost but enhanced as the project photography demonstrates.
