We were appointed by Charing Cross Housing Association to oversee the External Fabric Repair works to this traditional tenement building.
The initial brief from the client was to undertake a Building Surveyor’s Inspection Report due to concerns being raised with the condition of the property, particularly in relation to the condition of the stonework.
We were then asked to develop a scheme of works, based on our recommendations, which included producing drawings and full contract documentation, in order that the works could be procured on a competitive tendering basis.
During the project, Ramsay McMichael Consulting performed the role of Contract Administrator and Principal Designer.
